Age 5 - 8

We’ve curated a balanced schedule that hits all the right notes for sensory-friendly fun:

Groove & Move Dance: Low-impact, high-energy sessions focusing on body awareness and self-expression.
Creative Arts: Guided projects that prioritize the process over the product—perfect for fine motor development.
Inclusive Games: Cooperative play designed to build confidence without the pressure of intense competition.
Social Skills in Action: Led by BCBA and Registered Behaviour Analyst, the children will learn social and emotional regulation in a natural, supportive environment.

Social Skills Club

During each group session, children are taught important social skills and are given the opportunities to practice conversation skills, perspective-taking skills and compromising in session during socialization activities and games.
